the llys always seem to smoke more than the lb7s, also how long has it been since the fuel filter was changed.

he has no muffler. That will help abit too. Newer trucks can smoke more don't know why.

I'm pretty sure it's something to do with the VGT turbo

fuel filter will help a little, mine was pretty old and i was getting less smoke, put a new one in last weekend and got some more and truck runs a whole lot better too. but my LB7 smokes like a bastard with the epower on 5 and up, running level 9 now and the smoke is insane, totally blacks out the lane behind me when i stand on it.
planning on getting your tranny done soon? just wondering cause with the epower the fun really starts above level 7. i tell ya breaking 37's free in second gear is f'in crazy!

I'm with Foreman, you should have thick smoke on level 5. Mine is real heavy from stand still, but if I roll my foot into it in 4th or 5th, then it thins out a bit.
