The only other way is to add more fuel via propane or methanol.

For the "or more" part I would recommend buying a Duramax. :D...if you want the engine to stay together.

Who offers a mechanical marine pump besides Kennedy diesel? Also, unless you have things like head studs, gear timing set, bottom end girdle, etc., i don't think a 6.5 would hold up to more that 300HP for long. But who knows, ya have to see a 6.5 with 300HP before you can really know for sure.:D

heath diesel managed to get a 6.5 truck up to 303 rwhp on a dyno. they estimated 400 hp and 770 ft lbs at the crank. but they were running i think water/meth, nos, and god knows what else. if you are looking for 300+ i'd say get a dmax as the 6.5 won't hold together long at 300+ horsepower at the crank nevermind at the wheels.

well i will accept that challenge just give me some time i have a bunch of tricks up my sleeves that i think will help me get to 300hp and do it safely i think i am going to get a different crank and i am going to get a girdle kit soon and a couple other things that i am not going to say...ha ha ha. but i will make it work.

can't bet with no money. :mad: so its a challenge. :D and i take it as a challenge as well. just have to get some money as without it progress slows to a non-forward motion. just remember heath diesel did it with stock CR stock, GM-4 turbo, and i believe no intercooler. to do it how they did it with the wmi, and the nos is one way, but i'm sure Ian can beat his own record as they have loads of 6.5 goodies at that place.

his trucks a 93 if its the one in his signature. mech injection. he can turn the IP up to get more fuel however i'm guessing its been done.
