I heard from few small mechanics that if the fuel gauge does not move 1/4 with in 300km it will put check engine or put the gauge to full and it will not move....I'm thinking of taking my cut off valve that shuts the fuel gravity transfer from my second tank to the main tank so I can just drive and don't have to remember the open the valve to transfer the fuel...and by doing this it would keep my main tank full for around 2000km before the second tank would be empty....please corect me if that will cause any problems with the gauge or check engine comming on...
