Like when i go down a rough road but front feels saggy and likes to have alot of movement up and down for a while. I have rancho 9000.

Either get the 9000's which are adjustable or go with a set of Bilsteins.

yeah it'd be the shocks. Splurge and get some good ones. Rancho is kind of junky.
They probably aren't screwed but just not good enough for your heavy truck.
Check your tire condition/pressure too. New tires made a big difference for my ride.

My tires are only 15k old. They are from this past winter. They are 305/65/r17 pro comp a/t. Tires seem to be in good condition
