Alright I have it installed with the big spring and it will only let me build 20 psi of boost Im kind of upset because I cant use the full potential of my new Cheetah turbo. And the Bov dosent accuate when it is supposed to so I have barked my brand new turbo already. I have it wired correctly Ive double checked it a dozen times Im almost positive there is no leaks. I have played around with the electronics and still nothing. If any of you guys that have one or know how to install them please help me out.

Where are you getting your boost source from? What are your EGT's?

I have it T'd off my boost sending unit right in the intake and the spool valve is mounted on the ground lug on the driverside of the firewall. My egts are alot higher than they used to be 1000* @ 80 mph they used to be 750-800* with the stock turbo but I thought this new turbo was supposed to help it.
