Anyone running or used a Dr. Performance module of something similiar? Just like many folks, my truck is driven back and forth to work weekly and I'm just looking for improved MPG. I'm not interested in smokin' the local mustangs off the line...Would like to pass a few more fuel stations without having to stop.
