Ok may sound silly but just got back from picking up the dry cleaning in the new '05 crew cab and realized that it does not have any hooks to hang the dry cleaning on. I had to turn the dry cleaning sideways in the truck and hang it on the handle in the back seat just behind the driver seat.
Anyone added any aftermarket hooks to theirs yet? If so where did you pirchase them and are they color coded to match the interior?
Thanks for the help.

I have the same problem. Be careful not to close your clothes (now say that 5 times fast) in the door when you shut it.

mine has them built in to the handles in the rear, above the windows near the front seat head rest-maybe it was an option-only if you got the LT?-

That's odd, my '05 ex cab has hooks to hang clothes hangers on. It's the SLE package.

I raise the back seat headrest and hang them from the rods...Would be nice to have them hang behind the back seat....

In the 05 LT Crew Cab, there is a little "Nub" on the door side of the overhead Grab handles - that nub is for hanging clothes on. The clothes sort of sneak up between the drivers seat and the wall a bit - but not bad. If you walk up to the rear door - grab that handle with your left hand - you should be able to see that little nub right by your thumb.
I think they'll now start advertising that as "Handle Integrated Clothes Hooks". We know those handles as "Oh Sh$t!" handles. That's usually what the passenger is yelling when they reach for it.

Thanks all for the replies. I did find the nub/hook on the handles in the back seat. While I suppose this will work it seems like others said that the clothes will tend to ride between the front seat and doors. I would like to have it further back personally.
Thanks for the help.

yeah, I wish there were some hooks that you could use to replace those "buttons" in the headliner above the rear window. That way you could hang the clothes behind the rear seat and be out of the way for everybody sitting in the truck.

My 2002 Z71 extended cab had the little hooks above the back window where the little "buttons" are, when i got my 2003 it did not have them likewise on my 04.5 which has the nubs on the handle.
so, it looks like the stealership should be able to order some for an 02 model??

I have ordered the same hooks that come in the regular cab pickups to replace the buttons above the rear window in my crew cab. Will let you know how it works out in a few days.

That is a good idea. I should have thought of that myself. Let me know the part numbers you ordered and how they work out.
