I have agreed to buy a 2005 Chev 2500HD with 6.6l diesel and crewcab from a local GM dealer. It has about 50 miles on it and I would like to know what kinds of extra mtce items/work I should be asking for as part of the sales agreement so that I don't get any nasty, expensive surprises soon.

Oil changes for life.

They probably won't go for either but it doesn't hurt to ask.
