: Putnam XDR install not so good HK45 06-26-2008, 03:13 PM Well I just installed my putnam xdr and my spare tire don’t fit since I have a mag-hytec diff cover. Is there any hitches like the xdr that will work if you have a short bed and mag-hytec cover and will still fit the spare? Let me know I need one soon and I need to sell the Putnam. thanks gralewaj 08-03-2008, 12:04 AM I have the same hitch and a 265/75R16 spare doesn't fit with the stock diff cover! The 245/75 stockers will fit but thats it as far as I can tell. Can't help with the other hitch options though.
