Does anyone know much about these? My brother in law has one that just stopped on him today. He said that he was mowing along and he could notice just a very slight "sluggish" feel. He described as something that his wife would not of felt, but he could. He finished mowing and went to go full forward and it just stopped. Now it doesn't even try to move. Forward or backward.

He doesn't have a manual for this tractor so please be as specific as you can. I told him to check the obvious like watching the shaft on the engine to see if it is turning the shaft on the pump at the same speed. Perhaps there is a shear pin there that went.

He just went out and said he started it and could see this plastic pully type thing wobbling around underneath there. He said that he can't really see it, but it looks like it is driven from another belt or pully. He said that he can barely reach it and it wobbles a lot. He is going to start taking it apart tomorrow to see if he can get a better look at it.

Does this sound somewhat familiar to someone?
