Has anybody here made some redneck tie rod sleeves:D to get by until the proper ones can be bought or built?

I have seen sleeves on ebay for only 70 bucks.

crank it up diesel has sleeves for around 100 shipped. I bought a set for my truck

Dmerre89 welded some rod to his tierods on his truck and they've held up good.

I am not against buyin them, but as usual everything gets put off to the last minute, and time is the issue now, I just lookin for something easy to fab up.
