Anyone seen these side by side or had experience with them? I am also not sure about the life of the PIAA's. I know that the HIR's will put out about 2500-3000 lumens, depending on the voltage going to them. Any idea about the output of the PIAA's? I just gotta get some new lights for my rig. Can't stand seeing all the other trucks around here with the nice white lights or HID's, and I still have my crappy yellow halogens.

When I had my 2004 Chevy I purchased the Toshiba bulbs from a guy off Ebay and replaced the stock low beam, high beam, and fog lights (for the fog lights I installed the Toshiba high beams) with the Toshibas. You really can't appreciate how badly the stock bulbs suck till you make the switch and see for yourself.

I have the Toshiba's and GE Nighthawks with the all on mod and it's a huge difference from stock. Can't comment on the PIAAs though.

PIAA makes high quality lighting and you'll pay for them too. I have the Intense whites in my high beams and the Ion Plasma yellow HB bulbs in the fog lights. What a difference.

I am buying the Intense Whites for both the high's and low's... we will see how they fare. Should be 100% better than stock IMO.
