ordereing a lift this week for my new truck and don't want to get screwed around on the extras your infinite wisdom would be appreciated!

05 sierra 2500HD/ duramax/ allison

my plan- CST 9-11" lift with 37" tires. I want the largest tire to fit this lift without cranking. ????
will this be too high to work out of? anyone know how high the back bumper will be after?

Mainly, what extras (shocks, springs, driveshafts) will I be running into???

the gears and chips will come the next week, just want it lifted now.

I think that 37" is a very safe choice for the 9-11" without cranking the torsions and minor/no trimming on the front bumper. I have seen 38-39.5's on the CST kit with cranking and trimming of the front bumper. As far as working out of it, is it a LB or SB, and how much lift are u going for out back? You can expect to spend $400-$600 on a set of rear leafs installed. Shocks - its all up to you, 6 shocks, anywhere from $250 - $1200 (if u want fox/bilstein with reseviors). My front drive shaft had to be extended ($100 bucks) while on my LB the rear carrier was dropped to compensate for the lift. There are many others on here with the CST and Cognito 9-11" who can answer better than I can as well, maybe they can chime in! No matter what im sure its gonna look sweet :ro)

its a lb/4x4/ext cab/slt

I was originally going to get the 6-8" lift with 35's. I think I want the 9-11" but kinda need to know the price differance/ if it's worth it???? or if its gonna be high mainenance with the big tires???

check this out:::

We can't help you locate a shop in Michigan.

We can however tell you that to clear a 37" tire on a 2500HD you only
need around 7" of lift with some minor trimming of the front plastic
valance.

You are looking at around $2400.00 for a complete CST 6-8" kit with
Bilstein 5100 series shocks. Or $2700.00 for a complete CST 6-8" kit
with Fox 2.0 shocks.
