I was replacing the AC Condenser and found a bit of a flaw. The Lines on the Condenser are Aluminium and the Nuts that hold it to the Lines are Steal. When I took them off the steel lines took the Aluminum threads with them and now will not conect to the new Condenser. I am thinking of heating them up and see if I can melt the Aluminum out to the threads. Does any one else have any Ideas Or am I going to have to replace all my Lines?

Plan a trip to the stealer. Bring vasoline. It's a common problem. Once they strip , they are junk. I would not reuse them.

Use an icepick or something similar, and scrape the aluminum
out of the threads, then use a wire wheel on an electric drill
to finish cleaning the threads, or find a die nut for that thread pattern.

Soak the steel end in straight Simple Green. Last time I put an aluminum part in that stuff, the part was eaten up overnight. Other stronger basic (as in not acid) liquids may work faster.
