on my 02 everyonce in awhile i find that underneath my truck there is a puddle of antifreeze. it doesn't do it all the time. just every now and then. and when it does you can tell that the antifreeze level does drop. i don't know where it is comin from. i crawled underneath there and took the plastic cover off and looked around and can not find out where it is comin. i even crawled under there while it was runnin and still nothin and this is right after i found a puddle. i guess this last time it did it while i was runnin down the hiway cuz on my rearend you can see wet spots on the front of it and it is wet all up under neath all over my front end. it looks terrible and is really startin to tick me off. any help would be appreciated

is the temp sensor on that side cuz that is the only thing that i can find that would have anything to do with teh antifreeze on that side.

Coolant will travel to the lowest point then drip, so the spot on the driveway might not be in the area the leak is. You will have to pressurize the cooling system, either by filling it up and driving it untill operating temp or using a tool. With pressure it should be leaking and you can trace the drip.

ok thanks for the reply but it doesn't do it all the time is the only problem, so i guess just check it everytime after i get through driving it. but with it being on the driver side like that only thing i can find is that sensor if that is even what that sensor is for. there is antifreeze always on it, so i was just thinkin maybe an o-ring or something there is out. thanks for the help though.

Any chance that you had the heater on when the coolant leaked out?
