i am in the process of moving from alaska to NC. im pulling a 30 ft camper that weighs around 10-11k. had trouble with a coolant leak that nobody can figure out. but now i stopped for diesel and there was oil all over the place from the front door handles back. its tranny fluid. brought it to a tranny guy and he found that the torque converter bolts had become loose. have any of you heard of this before. he said that there was a service bulletin out for this, is that true and if it is will GM refund me the money that i paid to have it fixed elsewhere.

there is a bulletin but you are out of warranty so they will not cover it. if it was newer i would have you try but not on an 01.
