You live near Philly and probably don't get it into 5th gear + locked. Those who get 20 plus drive it on the open roads with everything locked up.

how do you check your mileage? I would think the speedo/odometer would be off because of the tires, also mine doesn't shift into 6th until over an actual 65 mph with stock tires.

I live in the mountains of WV and can always see an average of anywhere between 16-19, that includes stop and go and some interstate travel. When I go to Myrtle Beach I can average 21-22 for the complete trip. Totally stock and I drive conservative. I think that the mods and driving styles have a lot to do with MPGS.

I did better with my 05 LLY but that is a different truck.

If you are using the DIC then the MPG is off, assuming you didn't recalibrate your speedometer. How many miles you got? Fuel filter ok? Air-filter ok? Is it time for an oil change? Another thing that makes a huge difference is keeping your shifts below 2000rpms. You may not be driving like a bat out of hell but if you are quick on accelerations then that will lower your MPG's quite a bit. Keep your shifts around 1500-1750 rpms on your next tank and see if it doesnt help your overall MPGS. Good luck!

Did you take it in to the dealership, to have them look at it? Look at the air inlet restriction gauge, make sure the air filter is not plugged. There has to be something that is wrong and driving it will not make it better. PLAY SAFE! Got to go

Im runnin 305s and get 13-14 ish at the end of a tank, mostly in town stuff. 12ooo miiles now. I dont stomp on it at all. Truck gets solid 11 pullin 11k boat 65 mph, not too many hills. From what I have gathered this is fairly avg and Im pretty happy w/ it overall. Good luck

Probably your 5" tbs exhaust and tuner combo. A performance shop around here advised against 5" exhaust unless your thrashing it at the drags or sled pulling, their opinion is 4" is easier to keep low end and mileage and still make horsepower. Just an opinion.

What mpg's were you getting stock?
