What is required, or how hard is it to convert my 1985 military blazer to biodiesel?

New rubber fuel hoses between filter & injection pump & lift pump.
New return lines, too. Fuel lines between tank & lift pump appear to be steel.

I found an old line between filter & pump that was not replaced and
the rubber gets very soft and sticky. Not something you want pulled into the pump or injectors.

And don't forget a couple backup fuel filters as the biodiesel will loosen any crud in the tank and it will clog your filter. You get to learn how to bleed the system when changing the filter, too.

And by 'rubber' I mean NOT Nitrile but Viton or Gates brands.

I was using some radiator hose in my biodiesel processing setup and it failed miserably. Gooey.

goodyear fuel line hose will stand up to b100 as well - they don't carry it at all the parts stores but i am sure some do. I bought some on ebay.
when i got my van in 04 i replaced most of the fuel line hose with the gates nitrile hose from napa and it worked fine for wvo but when i started putting b100 in the main tank for start ups it got all sticky like zetan said. However, there was one section that held up just fine for several years of using b100 and that was some old looking goodyear hose that connected the main tank pickup to the steel lines - so i cleaned it up and read it and it was just goodyear fuel line hose. Far cheaper than viton.
