When I purchased mine it was sold to me as an unlocked tune that he did not want passed around.

I think most people will proabably respect the agreement they made with him during their purchase.

ya usually if you buy a tune from some one they don't really like it being passed around it is kinda like their trade secret you know. you would have to give them a call to find out how much they sell them for
