My truck normally sits for 5-6 days at a time before being driven. I got in it today and notice its very sluggish. It doesn't pick up as quickly. When I really get on it, I normally get 20-22 lbs. It will barely get to 15 lbs. now. That was with the Predator set at 65. I took the Predator off and it still does the same. I checked the balance rates and they are fine. What could the problem be? Air filter cause it sits so long? Fuel filter? It was changed approx. 4,000 miles ago. Any ideas?

fuel filter, cause the lack of fuel will bring a lack of boost. more fuel, more boost. check the driver side I.C. tube. power steering line can rub a hole in it.
