Okay Guys I Have A 2006 Gmc Lbz/6speed Trans All I Have Done To It Is A 4in Turbo Back Kit And A Bully Dog Pmt Run On Performance 99% Of The Time I Baby This Thing Most Of The Time But I Have Noticed That Some Times When I Get On It My Trans Seems To Shift Funny Not At All Like My 03 5speed
I Have Right At 40000 Milles On The Truck And When I Bought It A Few Mouths Ago I Bought A Extened Warrinty Which Covers Trans Until 100,000 So What I Want To Now Can The Transgo Jr Fix This Problem And Will It Void The Trans Warrinty Or Is It Just Somthing That They Will Not See If The Tranny Does Go Out.

Also Can Any One Tell Me If There Is A Shop Around Denton ,tx That Could Put This Kit In

okay punctuation helps greatly. see the red.

now the jr kit will help, but mostly letting the trans learn helps the most. if you baby it all the time, once you go and jump on it it is lost until it learns the proper timing and pressures.

so, to elaborate, what would be the proper technique to let it "learn"?

drive it. it only learns to the way you drive it has multiple levels on which it learns, part throttle, full throttle, in tow haul ect. from the factory it has preset limits on which the tcm bases the shifting, then it also comes with adaptive learning where it takes the preset limits, and refines them constantly to compensate for wear or driving style.if you drive it like a granny it will refine those shifts for those conditions. in order for it to adapt to better shifting when playing around you need to drive it harder so it can see those conditions and make subtle changes.
