Went under the hood to check my oil this afternoon and noticed that the resest button jobber right next to the MAF sensor was hanging out of my airbox, just hanging onto the hole by a thread. I simply popped the little gadget back into its hole but it left me wondering. Is it possible that there was so much pressure inside my airbox that it blew the reset button out of its hole? should there even be any pressure in my airbox? Or is it more likely that my clumsy ass knocked it out of place when I was changing my fuel filter the other day and failed to realize?
thanks

I noticed a while back that mine had almost fallen out too. Who knows how it happened, but at least we both caught it before it fell completely out, & started drawing in unfiltered air.

you most likely knocked it out. ive changed my fuel filter about 5 times now and everytime i knock it out. ive added it to my mental checklist to check it after fuel filter change. imo they coudnt have put that filter in a worse location.;)
