i know there have been many posts on the subject, but cant find one that lists using the roof marker lights or PS fuse panel on 03s.

I did see one install with spade connectors on the PS panel, but I have a GM cannon plug (lime green with one black and one brown wire) in that location. it is the bottom row closest to the firewall.

anyone know which wire to tap into ? same question on the driver side, would also like to use the cab lights.

i'm not sure exactly what wire to tap into, but have a look at Tophog's cab light install thread. I believe there's a link in there somewhere that should help with that. :grd:

i looked at top hogs , and I have a lime green plug where he draws power from, not sure but I thought his clearnace lights were installed aftermarket. I guess at this point I am looking at the lime green plug with one brown and one black and am going to check the brown wire with a meter to see if it gets hots with the lights on

On the PS panel, bottom left socket.

The center wire is power for your cab lights.

The wire to the far left is ground.

I'm almost 100% positive about this, I hooked my cab lights up a couple weekends ago and thats how I hooked mine in.

I just soldered my wire to the terminals.

There are tabs on the top and bottom to remove the panel, this makes it much easier to work with.

Drop your glove box out of the way helps to give you more room to run the wires. Push in on the tab that stops the box when it opens.

Check with your meter prior to connecting.

thanks nate, i will check this out. i think i have a connector in that area but it has to be the same terminals.
