Please help if you can i have been gradually building less and less boost over the last two years i am now only able to get about 23 psi. I have blocked it ran vents to eliminate sucking oil in the turbo have intake and exhaust with the edge A2. Any thoughts?

What does it take to get someone to respond?

How is the trucks power? Does it fill the same? Is it blowing more smoke than normal? What boost were you seeing before?

Do you hear any kind of hissing sound when your driving it?

check your intercooler fittings/boots. also, do you get any codes up? like P0299?

Is it an "Oiled" K&N filter-? Clean the MAF.

Also if everything is stock- 23 is about normal boost for most of these trucks.

Block the EGR and reroute the PCV - that'll keep the intake clean and keep oil out of the intercooler. You'll find that your intake is likely caked with gunk - that'll zap performance... and if you allow too much oil to build up in your intercooler, it'll blow your IC boots off under power.

It use to hit 30 psi the egr is blocked and the vents have been rerouted to free air it has a oiled airaid intake and do not hear any hissing the check engine light is not on so I don't think there are any codes thanks for the responses will a finger stick help?how hard is it to clean the inter cooler?sorry this is so choppy

30 psi on a stock lly charger with an edge?

i just got a edge about 3 weeks ago and i have yet to see over 18 pounds of boost! i also have an s&b intake with stright 5 exhaust.

Yeah when I first got the truck new and put the edge on I would trip the over boost alarm &nd it was set at 30

Edge is notoriously bad for 'gauge readings'. You weren't even close to 30 stock.

When I had my edge I had the alarm set at 28 and it would go off before, and the most I seen was 25-27 with it and I dont think its very accurate...

Ya if you get real gauges you will see the REAL readings. Edge is off by a ton.
