Its marked on the adapter. The fitting that comes off the side of the adaoter is out to the filter head. The in port is where the adapter screws on.

Thanks Greg. I had to modify it some, new hoses and the sawzall to the bracket. I moved it to just behind the t bar crossmember and mounted it on it's side. Bad part is 2 bolts to remove so I can prefill the filters. Thanks again.
