Installed it on my truck when I was doing the head gaskets.
Because my pyro is installed on the passenger manifold I did not see a reduction in EGT's. However if it was installed in the driver side manifold; I am sure my EGT's would have dropped considerably.

In terms of power, it does nothing special.
In terms of EGT's... it basically drops the driver side EGT's to the same level as the Passenger side EGT's.
Mileage... was mute... I payed about 340 for my BD manifold... I would have to drive my truck for 5 or so years to equal the mileage savings it gave me.

In terms of piece of mind, worth 300 bucks... Guess what side on my truck, had the head gaskets that were totally destroyed?

I installed it just for the pyro tap and it seemed like a good idea. I didn't notice any difference.

I think it has been discussed several times before, that you won't see a great difference in performance. Members purchase it for the tapped threads for the pyro and the flow may lower EGT's slightly!

I got one , 100 to 200 degrees cooler egt. Not worth it unless you have too.
