I am looking to upgrade my stock GMC headlights with something allot brighter, preferably xenon. Anyone know of any upgrades? thanks

tophog 11-30-2003, 10:58 PM I would recommend the CE headlight harness and upgraded bulbs. I run the Sylvania Silverstars with the CE harness and very pleased with the results. The harness has a diode inline that allows you to run both high/low beams when the highs are on. With the harness the headlights are powered directly off the alternator or battery junction block. The claim is 30% brighter. Coupled with a good bulb it's as close to HID as you can probably get. My 2 cents ... Super HeavyDuty Headlight Brightener (booster) Harness. I have the same set up. You can go to HID for 3 to 4 times more money if you want. Here is a site you can go to for more info for HID.
