I wonder how many tons of crop it takes to make that 500/gallons of bio per day?

Lets take soybeans for example 40~80 Bu an acre @ 13.50 a Bu would net us
$540 an acre at the low end.

Soybeans would make 48 gallons an acre 48*$5 diesel would be $240.


Of course all of this is gross figuring not factoring farming costs or oil pressing costs.


We need algae, or something that yields high and is acutally worth farming for oil for fuel.
