I have just about got everything to rebuild a 6.5 turbo engine for my dually. I have looked at many different posts and such on these engines. Somewhere in one of these post I've read I seen somewhere to buy pieces for the exhaust off the turbo. Do any of you guys know where I may be able to buy the flange and clamp for the turbo, and maybe some 45,90,maybe a 22.5 bends on the net?

Are you talking about the Downpipe itself? Flowmaster sells a kit, Downpipe and crossover, best price is from summit racing. Other than that, best bet is a muffler shop.

I recently ordered a flowmaster downpipe and crosover for 95 6.5 from performancepeddler.com $99 no frieght. I thought that was a pretty good price.
I ordered it for the crossover pipe only. If someone needs that down pipe, I'll make it a available for frieght and a few bucks toward the kit. I have rec'd great helpfrom this forum and would be glad to give something back since I can't offer tech. assistance.

While we're on the subject of exhaust parts, I've got the Flowmaster downpipe and x-over pipe installed. I'm looking for a 3-4" setup to go from the downpipe back, but am unsure of the 4-bolt flange. Do the kits on e-bay use the same 4-bolt flange that the flowmater kit and the soot trap used, or do I have to cut it off and go from there. Also, is there a kit out there that just goes from the downpipe back, It seems that most kits I have seen include the crossover and downpipe which I already have.

No kits I've seen, including my own use the 4 bolt flange.

yes I just need the downpipe section, I'm putting a 6.5 in my 80 model dually. I'm gonna try to get it to work with the factory setup I have. I really hate to start hacking at a brand new pipe, the pieces I see on the web page were pretty resonable in price. thanks
