Most will say that a chip for a gasser isnt worth the $$$. Performance gains r minimal

I just installed the Edge\Attitude and spend the 1st tank on Level 1 and gained about 2.5+ mpg, normal driving. This 2nd tank I'll be on Level 2 (and so on) to see what the differences are. Keeping the Low boost fueling on 3 for all. I think it is the safest one out there with the tranny protection and EGT backdown.

My understanding for the gassers is a custom ecm.

I've got a PCM's for less on order.I'll let you know the results when I get it in. You gotta understand that with a diesel, you will get gobs of performance from a simple tune or box. With a gasser, I've heard that the 6.0 is really choked up and a tune will make it a bit more responsive. I normally wouldn't do such a thing, but I get itchy once in a while so I figured what the heck, I'll try it.. There are people like Wester's, Nelson, and PCM's for less that do a good job...for a gasser...

Ok, got my PCM's for Less in yesterday, after plowing snow today , I filled up with 93 and swaped out the PCMs. I was kind of surprised how easy it went in. Truck fired right up without a passkey re-learn. Drove around and instantly noticed a smoother 2-3000 rpm pull. Got it warmed up and put my foot in it and I have to say, I'm impressed for a 250.00 mod. Truck felt so much better. It almost feels like my wifes Yukon XL. Smoother all around. It's worth it for the drivability alone. Man that torque management chokes that motor.
