I just put in a Stage IV trans kit and i just ordered a PPE Hot+2 tuner. Im ready to start running it on higher power levels, but im scared to launch it in 4wd without messing something up. Is here anything that i should beef up before doing this, or should i just drop the T-bars and put in new tie rods or sleeves?

cognito idler and pitman arm supports would also be a good idea

Might Want To Consider A Suncoast Brace.
After what happened to McRat's T/C I sure would install a Suncoast brace.

a brace and sleeves should do the trick.

lower t-bars(might even take out bolts), sleeves or hd tie rods, cognito brace kit and x2 on the t-case brace.

def. put some sleeves in it. talked with a guy, while he was on the side of the road, who was racing a cummins when he did a 4wd launch and broke both tie rods and ended up half way in the ditch
