Thinking about doing the BIO-thing in my 07' classic. Anyone know of problems or conversion kits needed to run it? I am hearing both sides and want to hear from people who have done it or plan to.
Also........I have obtained some accounts who will supply my used oil but need some way to get that oil from the tanks to my 55gal drums in my truck to take back to the garage. Any ideas or products that would make this easy to do?
Thanks for all the help!

Do it and don't worry about it. I run nothing but B100 in mine with no problems at all. There are no conversion kits needed at all. Mine runs great on bio.

Here is the deal:
I did do the DSE thing, works great if and when you got good oil. Meaning frying oil that is peanut, soy and or canola oil.
If for some reason the restaurant starts to switch the oil and uses liquid shortening or other sheat cheap frying oils that are hydroxiganeted or transfat. You're up the creek without a padle, just like me.
My cummins freightliner work truck is down and so is my d-max.
Allready cost me over a 1000 in repairs and towing not to mention the loss of not being able to conduct business.
If you go bio, spend the money and buy the correct set up.
If you're trying to go the cheap route it'll cost you more in the long run.
I shure learned my lesson.
Just my $0.02 worth
any more question's? PM me

DSE isn't biodiesel so putting that crap in your truck will cause you problems.
I have been running b100 off an on for 18k miles with no noticeable difference.

Make a super sucker. Here is the link http://www.murphysmachines.com/supersucker.html
I made one out of a 1000 gal propane tank. Works VERY well! And you won't have any problems running B100 in your Dmax. But make shure you make good quality biodiesel. Here is a link to another forum that you can use to ask questions just like here http://biodiesel.infopop.cc/eve

running b99 for a few months with towing. get about 1.3ish mpg less while towing than #2, but no problems.
