I have had my edge evo for a couple weeks now with no problems, that is untill today. I got in the truck and fired it up and the evo stoped working blank screen. So i unpluged it and tried again and this time it said it needed to be unpluged and wait 10 seconds. I screwed around a few more times and could not get it to work kept telling me to make sure key was on and engine off but it was. So then i tried unpluging it at the ecm and still no luck. Finnaly i unpluged the egt probe and it started to work again. Pluged the T-couple back in and have the same problem. I called edge and they were not open so im going to call tommorow and see what they say. What seems odd to me is that if the thermocouple is bad why is it just not displaying egt. It wont work at all unless the egt plug is unhooked. What do you guys think??

It should work with the probe plugged in except for the egt's

The display is inop with the probe pluged in.

I get the sme message when I am trying to go from a highter tune to a lower tune except after I unplug mine and plug it back in it goes through the steps of load the stock file and then I can pick where I need to go and then it saves the stock file and then loads the new tune. I have not called edge as I first wanted to try and update the unit to make sure.

Called Edge today and they said they have heard of the problem and are sending me a new complete evo kit. They asked me to use whatever parts I need and send them back what i dont need and the failed part. They were very good to deal with.

Has anyone spoke with buck about the new update on the EVO because all of us have been waiting a long time for the hot levels and it is getting anoyying and i know somebody is going to tell me to Censored chill out for saying that but I have to speak up.
