Hope everyone enjoyed Memorial Day and took a moment to remember what it's all about.

We're hangin here in Florida and noticed we've been losing coolant in our 2002 3500. When the engine is reved up around 2000rpm, I can see it streaming out just above the oil filter. It's coming from somewhere above. Any ideas? It never got hot coming up, but did steadily lose fluid. We added when we got here and should be able to ease our way back (10hrs) home.

But I would feel better knowing where I'm headed. It's an unusual place for me as I wouldn't have expected fluid from that area except for a head problem. I've checked the small line to the turbo and all of the other lines that I can see.

There's a 12MM nut right up above the oil filter that it's draining down from and then culminates around the bell housing, but it's coming from above it.

Thanks in advance.

Try looking at the coolant line to and from the Turbo. They are like 3/8" or 1/2" lines. One is under the resonator on top. Not sure where the other is, but It think it is behind it and underneath - harder to see.

Just a guess, my upper one was leaking...

Ooops. Didn't read the entire post first. I see you checked them.

I only checked the top line... I couldn't see the other line. I'll have to try and get a better look at it in the morning to see if I can see the return line.
