I took my truck to the dealer who did my injector replacement in September (12,000 miles ago) for similar symptoms of the injectors failing again. They just called me and said that 2 of the glow plugs have failed and they have caused carbon build up on the injectors causing the motor to run bad. They also informed me that I needed to pay $150 for a fuel system cleaning to clean the injectors. If the glow plugs are covered under warranty and they were the cause of the injectors being dirty then why in the H--L would I need to pay for the fuel system cleaning? Why wouldn't the warranty on the glow plugs include that? I always heard that fuel system cleaning was a bunch of crap and that it didn't do anything?? Please any help with this would be great...
