I just got my duraflaps for my truck and I looked at the brackets and I notice that part of the bracket is seen. I didn't like the fact that it was not painted or polished. So I bought a special primer for aluminum and then painted them the color of the truck. I was wondering what everyone else is doing?

I just put mine on, the drill-less ones, and they are great. Nothing is seen of the bracketry at all.
Dennis is "GREAT" and willing to do anything that you want and makes sure that it is right. No questions asked when I inquired about the 10% forum member discount - took it off the top!

I wanted extra long flaps to protect my travel trailer I tow. Dennis said how long....I wanted 3.25 inches added to the flap. He did it, they look and work great. I think these are the best flap for our trucks. I had some genuine GM flaps, but they were too short. Didn't even keep the mud off my truck, much less a trailer. They also required drilling. I took them off after 2 years and put on the Duraflap. Be sure to talk to Dennis directly, He will help you select the best for your application, or he will custom make it to fit your needs. Very service oriented. Very easy to install. SPICER
