I have no idea what is goin on. The only thing I have touched on the truck was my cab lights to take them off and re-seal them. I don't think the cab lights would have anything to do with the problem at hand. Now basically nothing works on the truck. Power nothing. When the ignition is on the check engine light and glow plug light blink at me. Nothing is lit up and the DIC reads nothing. When the key is turned it clicks like it is dead. I tried the charger on it and that has done nothing. There is also a tick and a hum from something around the middle of the engine when the key is on. Any ideas?? Thanks.

When you removed the lights what did you do with the wires? Did any of the wires come off? Did you have any trouble reinstalling the lights ie; not aligning or not seating properly. I'm willing to bet you have a short or had a short and blew a fuse.

I've checked pretty much all the fuses, all seem good. Nothing inside the truck works. The OBD-2 port must be working because the monitor on my evo is staying lit and wont go off. Is there something unplugged underneath by my feet that may of got hit or something because it isn't looking like it's a fuse??

If some of your dash lights are working its not gonna be a fuse, then they would all be off...Please explain a little more. You say everything electrical, you mean, headlights, taillights, console lights, steering wheel lights, light control, hvac cont. or jsut some of them...
...I really doubt you hit something but you could check the BCM plugs, they are locked in pretty darn good but just a start. I think your looking at a bad grounding somewhere IMO, that would explain some jittering issues whereas a fuse or most other issues would be dead...
....First thing I would check is the batteries!!!

It was the batteries. The truck has been only sittin for a couple weeks because I can't drive due to my broken neck. I really can't believe they were that low! Thanks

Glad to hear you got it taken care of....I thought that it was the batteries....anytime a majority of items are working partially, its a ground or the batts. are bad...
