Racor has developed a new fuel pump/conditioning system for common rail diesels.

Integral delivery pump:
Variable speed eight pole/nine slot brushless electric motor.
Sensorless DSP controller... fixed or variable speed operation.
Positive displacement gear rotor lift pump.
Smart pump... pumping is independant of engine rpm.
Higher flow even at startup if desired.
No relays required.
Auto prime.

Filtration:
10 Micron seperator
2 Micron secondary filtration
Water seperator
Self venting drain

Control:
Electronics housed within the pump.
Analyzes fuel fuel system conditions and communicates
and responds to ECU commands.

Developed for off highway diesel 8-10L

Pump and reliability makes this a possible retrofit.
