Do your own. It's cheaper, and you won't be waisting your money with banks. That's my opinion.

Got Juice?

I have a banks system and am well pleased with it.
The sound is authorative when getting on it, but pretty mellow when driving nice.
I would probably rate it excellent on fit. Good on finish, Good on quality of stainless, Good on sound and probably good for value.

i agree with juice, also in most cases you get what you pay for. I got mine about a year and a half ago and still like it very much

It just seems like alot of money to spend, I agree you get what you pay for, but I think you can get a clean looking exhaust and still keep it cheap. JMO

My d'max had a drone in the cab from the banks exhaust (no cat). How is it with the cummins?

If you are running 2004.5 or later you already have 4" pipes. If you have newer truck don't waste your money on Banks. Purchase high flow muffler from retailer and just swap out muffler.

I'm new here, great reading all the news.

Has anyone used the Bully Dog dual 4 inch on a 305/555?? If so does it drone in the cab at cruise speed? Can a person leave their spare tire in-place with these systems?

Thanks

My banks exhaust had a chrome tip that pointed straight out the side of the truck behind the rear tire. I installed a new chrome tip that points more toward rear and down to pavement and back of truck. The sound is better in cab and about the same outside.

I agree with Uncle Bens, maybe it's just because I'm a farm boy and never saw much money, but I did my own custom exhaust with a 4" downpipe, to 5" straight pipe to a 6" tip that exits in front of the rear axle, and it looks clean, all welded.):h ):h ):h Besides, I wouldn't waste my money on Banks junk,-:t they have enough money to play with already.
