I greased my ball joints last weekend and now I have grease seeping from one of teh top joints. Is this a sign I rupture the seal by adding to much? Any comments or suggestions would be much appreicated.

Sounds as if you were REALLY trying to lubricate it and popped your seal. You should only add lube to a point where you can see a very slight expansion of the seal.

I now know to be careful and not to add too much grease, but will this popped seal reseal itself?

If grease is seeping from the top or bottom of the seal, you may be ok. If it "popped" from side, it's just a matter of time before it wears out(clunking).

My ball joints have a very small (1/16") relief hole that lets some grease out if it gets overfilled.

I'm pretty sure the service manual states that it is normal for grease to seep out. You're not to grease it so much that you're pumping it out, it's suppose to come out on its own. I tell ya what, I sure don't like seeing grease coming out.
