OH F!
Just found out in B.C. I need a #20 Endorsement on my license in order to Haul all the trailers i do over 4600GVW W/O air, Elec over Hydr excluded.

500.00 fine later.Censored Censored Censored

Class 5 just does not cut it... evidently this has been in place for a few years, but nobody has enforced it or pushed the issue because of lack of enforcement.

How times change. Now if you are in an accident your fault or not, and you do not have an endorsement 20, the accident is your fault and your insurance is null and void.

How does that strike ya?

4600kg or 10131 pounds, so holiday trailers over 10k are excempt

Been the same here for a while. I have to have a Class 3 licence to tow my camper because it is over 10,000lbs. If the truck or the trailer is over 10,000lbs you need a class 3 licence.

Well , our opinion is that this is all confusing as he77 . Endorsement requirements to your liscence is what the province you are reg'd at. Ontario is the worst , maybe Quebec. New Brunswick is getting worse. But you are right we have the same restrictions . We need P plates though. Same as Apportioned in the states. Juice you gona tow with twins ?
