: Cognito Leveling Kit ?????

I'm very interested in the new Cognito kit for the 2500HD's. I'd really like to run roughly 285 size tires without ANY RUBBING OR HASSLES. If I have to trim the air dam a little, so be it. I plan to go to an aftermarket bumper/grilleguard eventually, so it's no biggie.

My question lies with wheel selection while using this kit. I absolutely love the new "Wolfer" wheels from Centerline. They only come in 17X10, which should be fine for the tires I want to run, but I'm worried about clearance issues. What do you guys think?

Have to be 4-5/8 backspacing max...you should clear the 10's...though they recommend 8's.

You might want to run a slightly wider tire on a 10" wheel. The 285 might get strected out a little and look kinda funny.

Good news!! The wheels I really want are on sale from Centerline as well, so I can get the Scout wheel in 16x8 with 4.5" backspacing.

So... I want to run this wheel with 285/75R16 tires with the Cognito leveling kit. Should I have any problems, i.e. trimming? Did you guys leave the rear-end alone, or did you add blocks or use new leaf springs? I'd like to just get rid of the rake.

If all you want is to get rid of the rake...leave the rear alone.
