Before I go and order my "green dot" glow plug control module to try and slove my P0670 code I need to test my glow plugs to rule out any bad ones as recommended.

My 04.5 lly truck has the cali. emissions package. which i think makes a diffrence in the way you test them.

I have searched and found how to use a test light and using the glow plug as a ground to test for continuity.

My diesel newbie questions are as follows

1.where are the glow plugs located exactly on the lly?

2.where should I probe the glow plug to test for continuity.

I've had the same code for a few weeks now...can anyone help us out? I don't want to have to wait until winter rolls around to get this done or worse have to go the stealer.
