I was recently on a road trip with my empty truck when i lost all my oil pressure on the side of the highway? Towed the truck 9hrs home with my other truck and a trailer. Went into my dealership to trouble shoot my problem. My first impression was a spun main bearing. The dealer took my motor out and inspected. They found that i had spun "all" my mains, the con rod bearings were toast, wrist pins badly worn, 3 cracked pistons and the cylinder walls had excessive wear on power side. I knew that this was going to be inevitable. Too much power for too long!! Only had 145 thou kms. Now i need to build a motor that will last or, buy one that is already built to last. The dealer has offered a new crate motor to me with 3yr warranty for $9200 cdnand installed out the door for $14,000 cdn. But i can't put any "power-up products" on it or they will red flag my truck. So i am looking for a little help on who to talk to that can educate me a little? Thnx guys

Talk to Kennedy or Merchant Marine. If they can't set you up they can point you in the right direction. Check the Vendors on this site.

Talk to Tony at All Season Performance. One stop shop with Tony and he'll do you right. He's a vendor here.

I would talk to Eric at Merchant Auto, he has a MMM (Merchant Madness Motor) that is supposed to be wicked.

Thanks for the help guys, i have contacted Guy at SoCal, And also talked to Tony at all-seasons. Still trying to get a hold of Wade at Ats. Sounds like i should be able to build a wicked little rocket ship now.
