When I turn the truck on and turn the key for the glowplugs I get the sound when the door is open and it ussually goes away but now it stays on and is extremly annoying.....any suggestions....thanks guys

What kind of noise are you talking about?
Is that the warning shim?, the yelling sound you get during WTS, or when you open the door with key in?
If it is, you can get rid of it simply by unpluging the black box close to the turn signal relay, under the dashboard on driver side, close to the brake pedal.
