Thanks ...

The vette is a 74 Roadster "survivor" car ...One owner ( a friend of mine ) Not my first choice for year . But the wife had to have it after we took it on our Honeymoon 18 yrs ago...Sentimental reasons ...You know !!

The heck with the Vette, that truck looks GOOD. What size tires are those and do you have T-bars cranked or anything?

The tires are 265/70/17's Only cranked the t-bars 2 turns (didn't need to for clearance ) Just to bring up the front a little ...The H2 wheels are 8.5 inch with 5.5 of that back set ..No rubs

What did you use to paint the lower plastic on the bumper?

Wasted Income ,

I had it done when the front end was getting repaired.. (dont ask , see earlier post about the wife and truck) But I know it was the factory black base coat with a "matt" clear coat ...
I am told it should dull down a bit more in the next few months and will match the upper bumper black plastic even better...
They painted it black with clear to start, but it was too "shiny" ,Is that a word?, for me. So they used the "matt" and toned it down ...I like it !!
