I purchased a used GM 6.5 Turbo diesel engine with the 4L80E, it's a take out from a 1999 G Series Van, I looked closely at the transmssion, the casting says Hydramatic with these numbers 24204250 2, my other 97 transmssion has the word "4L80E" casted under the word Hydramatic but this 1999 transmssion doesn't have the word "4L80E". However there is a paper sticker with the word 8LBP, what exactly 8LBP means in term of type and strength if it is a 4L80E at all?

The below are the two trannies I have, does it mean that the 4L80E casting is different from each year made, or the one with 8LBP is not a 4L80E?
