got my guages installed and here is what im seeing.
on flat ground driving 60 im getting about 4psi and 450 degrees
if i stomp on it from a dead stop it jumps to 13psi and stays there for a couple of seconds then goes down to 10 untill i let off..

Yes.

Even with the WG sprung shut I only see 4-5 psi at 60 mph but I can hold 15psi at 70 mph.

How much is your exhaust back pressure before the turbo at 15 PSI?

Never installed the EBP guage but 15 does open my wg. I can hear it groaning.

Reduce your exhaust back pressure is the name of the game with turbos. If you have 15PSI going in but have the 40 PSI back pressure you won't gain a thing.
