Ok Just started - radio has no constant power to it. Checked it and has key on power (red on harness) but nothing direct (yellow). Dome lights have no power/don't come on at all - doors, push buttons, dimmer, nothing. Gauge cluster lights come on when they feel in the mood - makes it hard to drive at night sometimes.
Before I start pulling the entire dash apart, any suggestions would be great. Already checked all the fuses - all good. Did a search and could not find any wiring diagram for dome/dash lights. I figure they are related. Two of the headlight/dimmer assembly attachments broke resulting in dimmer that pushes into the dash when used, but still functions - when the gauge lights work. Headlights/tail lights all other lights work fine. Any help, suggestions would be great!

Ok so I'm a dumbass. Well maybe not totally. I checked all the fuses to make sure they are good, not with the meter. The courtsey gauge(20amp) has power to the left side, but not to the right. I'm really a gumby when it comes to electrical sometimes....I swapped the fuse and still nothing. So what would cause the power block? Thanks for your help thus far!

did it blow again?... if so you have a direct short. Many times these are found having to do with the cigarette lighter

No, old fuse was good, new one is still good. Here is the funny thing - the cig. lighter works. I was charging my cell phone today, but still no dome or radio....

Ok Cig lighter is different fuse. I took a piece of copper wire and bridge where the courtsy fuse should go and the dome lights came on immediatly. So does this mean there is a short or a grounding problem?

I don't remember how big the ctsy fuse is 10,15 or 20. it may be that there is a low level short (5aor less). Is your radio still factory? Nothing is "blocking "voltage if the fuse is good,so something is drawing too much current. When you meter this fuse, what do you get ?12v on one side and what on the other?
just a number

the crst fuse should be a 20A. Does the dome lamp come on when you turn it on manually?
the radio should be on it's on fuse line usually marked as radio. one more thing to check, make sure the wire connector hasn't come loose inside the fuse panel. they're only slid in with a barb on it to hold them.
