Hey guys I just put a triple dog programmer in my 2004 GMC 2500hd. The problem that I am having is when I mash the gas from a stop or even a slow roll the truck gets in and out of the throttle even while I have the gas pedal to the floor? Any ideas??? The truck it only set on the performance mode, and it has intake and full exhaust?

You need to give more specifics on what is happening. On my rig with the 6-gun it excentuates the defueling between shifting and feels like the fuel is comming and going as I accelerate through the gears. Feels awefull when the 6-gun is turned up and I really floor it.

Kinda sounds like what you describe...Fuel filter is new and I only have the programmer on performance. It literally feels like it floor it, let off, floor it, let off...until I hit about 3rd gear????

my triple dog has a hesitation sometimes when i mash the throttle. I have mine stacked with a rapid power module also. I need a lift pump. I think I'm going to sell bullydogs and buy a ppe or ats e-power.

You Could Be Slipping The Converter, Which Will De Fule The Engine, If You Have The Power Turned Up, Role In To It Easy And See If It Still Does It.

A stock truck with just bolts could slip the converter that easy??? I know that it wont do it from crusing speed, only at a dead stop to a slow roll.

The TCM will defuel "More w/ power adders" between shifts,Thats there to protect the trans from all that torque while the shifts are made.

But it shouldnt be as noticeable without the tuner correct? Im going to try without it and see what happens.
